- Take Lunch Breaks! – its all too easy to stay sat at your desk through lunch, trawling through your To-Do-List but this is a sure fire way to add to your work blues. Instead, get out and go for a walk or meet a friend for coffee.
- Have a Mini Break – whether it’s a camping trip by the beach, a long weekend at the bach or a day trip to Queenstown, having a mini break gives you something to look forward to and reminds you of your summer holiday. Plus its super relaxing.

- Get Outside – we all hate being stuck inside the office on a sunny day so get outside as much as you can. Daylight and sunlight has been medically proven to improve your mood, even if it is a dull day, do get as much of it as you can.
