Rotorua Climbing Club

Rotorua Climbing Club is holding club nights every second Friday at The Wall and Basement Cinema on Hinemoa Street. Starting at 6pm, this is the perfect opportunity for anyone aged 12 years and above to give climbing a go. Full instruction will be given, so suitable for new climbers or those wishing to dust off their climbing shoes! The 63rd Rotorua Speech and Drama Competitions

The 63rd Rotorua Speech and Drama Competitions are being held on Friday 3rd of July – 7pm till late, Sat 4th July – Mon 6th July - 8.30am till late.  This will take place at the Rotorua Distinction Hotel, Fenton St.  Children throughout the Bay of Plenty from ages 8 to 18 will be competing. Overeaters Anonymous

Overeaters Anonyous meet in Rotorua each Monday night at 7.30pm.  It is a fellowship of individuals who through shared experience, strength and hope are recovering from compulsive overeating.  They welcome everyone who wants to stop eating compulsively.  There are no dues or fees for members as they are self supporting through their own contributions. The Rotorua Red Cross

The Rotorua Red Cross urgently needs clothing and household goods, especially warm children's clothing, adults clothing and bedding.  Please drop off during office hours 8am til 4pm on the corner of Lake Road and Rangiuru Street.   (348 3738)

The Rotorua Citizens Advice Bureau is currently updating the Good Health Directory of Health and Wellbeing Services in Rotorua. If you are a health provider or community service that currently does not have a listing in this Directory, and you would like to find out more – please contact Jane at the Bureau on 3483547.

Netball Volunteer Awards

Netball Rotorua are wanting to reward netball volunteers across town! Do you know anyone who gives back to netball? If so, nominate them at Netball Rotorua!  Each week those awarded will receive a $25 New World voucher to spend at any New World nationwide. The Netball Volunteer Awards will run from April through August.

Cake Decorating Guild
