Everyone has them and while they might be pretty embarrassing when they happen, there is nothing better than telling your friends about them and having a good laugh about it together, awkward gym moments.
 
Here are some of the most awkward gym moments our More FM staff has experienced during their workout sessions at the gym:
 
 
When you are doing sit-ups on a gym mat and you can’t get up because you weigh too much.
 
When you fall off the tread mill because you can’t take your eyes off that cute guy.
 
When you are doing a class that involves kicking and you nearly kick someone in the head.
 
When you are leaning over in Pilates or Yoga class and you let out a bit of gas.
 
When your gym pants fall down because you’ve lost a lot of weight.
 
When your gym pants split because you ate too much.
 
When your legs and bum are numb when you get off the bike and you walk funny.
 
When you have a new exercise plan but you are not sure how to set up the machines properly (and other people are waiting to use them).
 
When you stumble over the new carpet in the exercise room while the guy you’ve been having an eye on for a while finally notices you.
 
When you forgot your sports bra but decided to take that Zumba class anyway.
