Hi  All
Firstly a BIG thanks to all that Helped us out with getting to Australia
A mixed bag for us – Loads of obstacles – Huge learning and great experience !!!
First couple of days Rain Rain Rain – then to turn 30 – 35 degrees for the last 3 days –
Wyatt – had great qualifying times – up in the Top 5 – But when it came to the final races he – either was taken out – had bad starts or got caught in a pile up in the first corner -   Ending  14th overall -  out of 70 riders Australian wide.
Cohen – Also  not such good luck -  Not enough oil in the clutch on a new leased bike – we had to replace – taken out – and rode the last race on a flat tyre.   Looking at lap times and where he was positioned in some of his races should have been around 7th – ended on 11th Place overall out of 77 riders Australian wide.
Home safe which is a great thing, and more determined to train harder for next year in Horsham Victoria -
We have Extravaganza Taupo next weekend and a few other coming up – Auckland Champs – King of the Mountain and Waikato champs all before end of the year.
Thanks again everyone and report back again soon

We raced at one  of Whakatane’s  winter series rounds on Sunday -   I had 3 wins from 3 races – with 2 hole shots -  The track had been changed since last time I had raced there (Sumer X last January ‘11) -  I just loved it -  It’s a great track – there was about 22 other riders in my class – Junior A Grade

Thanks Everyone

Hi Readers

My Second Event back was  at Taupo’s Winter Series on the 29th July – it was the 4th round of the series and I placed 2nd in each of the three races I did that day.

Next  event was held in Rotorua Last Sunday – Central MX Series – it is a 4 round series Two will be held in Rotoura and Two in Tokoura.  This being the first round

I had solid racing with 3 wins from 3 races – So I was pretty please with that.

I have been back to Jonty @ Pilates which i enjoy heaps – thanks Jonty and am looking forward to an Australian Motocross Coach coming out from Australia next month to give me some coaching so will report in again after that.

Hi All
Sorry to have taken so long in getting pen onto computer – tehe and updating my profile.
After being accepted for the Team Taupo Scholarship -  and Two days before heading to Australia last year for their Junior Nationals – I broke my femur and wrist which had unfortunately put my riding Training and Promotion of my sponsors on hold for the last Nine Months.  It was devastating to me ending up in hospital with no weight bearing on my leg for over 4 weeks and having to wish my brother Cohen and Team Mechanic Steve to ride hard and safe in Aussie without me.  I was in cast for over 4months and once I was out of cast if took a couple of months for me to be able to bend my knee.
Once I started to get some movement back into my knee I was able to attack my rehab with Jonty from Pilates Dynamic with more light at the end of the tunnel ! I started to believe I was going to be riding soon.  Thanks Jonty -  Your fantastic  !!!!!!!!!!
But wait that's not all -  the same week I was given clearance to ride again – Would you believe I broke my growth plate on my wrist – back to hospital I went to be pushed back into place and 6 weeks later cast off -  Bloody scooters, thats what I fell off, has been put to the back of the garage. haha, And finally I’m back on my bike – YIPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE After  9 long hard months
Thanks to all my Sponsors, Family & Friends who have encouraged me to work through rehab as man its been hard work!
I’ve set myself a few goals so will report back to  you all again soon with an update, until then Thanks Once Again Everyone – Team Taupo
