The players came out after the halftime match in Wellington for the Rugby Championship match between the All Blacks and Argentina but the lights weren’t there to greet them.
With the lights needing to reboot at Westpac Stadium, the early estimate was that there would be a hold up of about 10-15 minutes to the match.
In very windy and wet conditions, the All Blacks held a slender 6-5 lead at the break. Commentator Ian Smith said that it was a general problem with the "port area" that caused the breakdown.
