Kelly Clarkson is under fire and is being accused of child abuse after sharing a video on Instagram of her two-year-old daughter River eating a piece of toast with Nutella on it.
How could she do such a thing? What a terrible mum! Feeding her child breakfast and celebrating the first time she's ever eaten Nutella on toast.
Oh wait, there's nothing wrong with this story at all. You might be thinking, "Where's the child abuse in that?" Well, a few busybodies have come out to accuse the pop singer of child abuse because the chocolaty treat contains too much sugar (come on, you're kidding).
One commenter said "Stop trying to make your daughter as fat as you. That’s child abuse. You should be ashamed."
Other comments just pointed out how bad Nutella is for you, but let's be honest, we all LOVE the chocolate treat and would happily demo a few pieces of toast to fill the void.
Unless we see a video of Kelly spooning tubs of Nutella into her kids, why should we be bothered? Little River's face after having her first bite looks like she'll be team Nutella for a few years to come.
