'Everybody Loves Raymond' star Doris Roberts dies aged 90

Actress Doris Roberts, known best for her role in 'Everybody Loves Raymond', has reportedly died.
 
The 90-year-old actress, who played Ray Romano's mother on the long running sitcom, is said to have died in her LA home this weekend, TMZ reports.
 
During her long career which started in 1951, she received five Emmy Awards and one Screen Actors Guild Award.
 
As well as playing Marie Barone in 'Everybody Loves Raymond', she has also starred in 'National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation'.
 
TMZ reports she is survived by her son Michael Cannata Jr, who works as her manager, and her grandchildren.
