Millennials are using pets as 'practice children' according to research

Pets are an important part of any family, but a new study suggests that millennials are using pets for something other than a furry companion.

The study says that a growing number of 20 - 36 year olds are using their pets as a way to practice for having children and to see if they like it. 44% millennials admitted to doing this and 21% of them said it was their sole reason for getting a pet in the first place!

It's not yet been proven if having a pet young helps with raising a child, but for many millennials it's worth a shot anyway!
