Sweat with Pride is back for 2022 and we want you to help fight discrimination with perspiration!

This June, sweat for at least 21 minutes a day to get active and raise money for Aotearoa’s Rainbow communities!

What is Sweat with Pride?

Sweat with Pride is asking Kiwis to sweat for at least 21 minutes every day this June to get active and raise money to support Aotearoa’s Rainbow communities.
You can take part alone, or as a group, and the money you raise by asking your friends and whānau to sponsor you will fund projects at the New Zealand AIDS Foundation ,RainbowYOUTHOutLine Aotearoa to improve the physical and mental health of Rainbow New Zealanders.

Plus, this year, you’re getting your own personal trainer. Chill and laid back? Upbeat and energized? Whether you need some kind words of encouragement or a strict taskmaster, you can choose the perfect trainer for you.
