Nelson Yacht Club Open Day
Come and have a go at a watersport! The Nelson Yacht Club invite you to come down and get on the water.
Choose from Dinghy Sailing, Windsurfing, and Stand-Up Paddleboarding, or just enjoy the Nelson sunshine.

Red Cross Migration Programme
Do you remember what it was like settling in Nelson for the first time? 
Support a former refugee family make a new life here. Make new friends and make a difference. Full training and support is provided at the next course which starts on the 16th of November.

Book Launch: From the Country to the Town
Come along to a book launch of From the Country to the Town.
It's a fascinating record of important local history in honour of the 125th anniversary of the Nelson A & P Show.
There will be cash book sales available for only $35!
It is being held at the Richmond Library's Constance Barnicoat Room from 5:30pm Wednesday the 20th of November.

Hampden Street School Gala
Come along to a fantastic family night out at Hampden Street School Gala on Friday the 22nd of November from 5pm to 8pm.
There will be plenty of entertainment, games and stalls to keep the whole family happy!

2019 Motueka A & P Show
Come and celebrate their heritage on the 8th of December from 9am-5pm!
It is being held at Marchwood Park by the Motueka Aerodrome.
There'll be features such as equestrian events, pony rides, sheep shearing, 3 great local bands, food & drink and so much more!

Art in the Park
Art in the Part is being held at Queens Gardens on Hardy Street on Saturday the 18th of January, 10am to 5:30pm.
There will be over 50 local artists, paintings, glass art, woodwork, garden art, and more!
If wet, it will be on the following day, Sunday the 19th of Jan.

For over 50 years Rotoiti Lodge outdoor education center has been helping build confidence and lifetime friendships.
Unfortunately for many it’s harder to give their kids the treats and experiences others take for granted!
Rotoiti Lodge Upgrade wants to ensure NO KID IS LEFT BEHIND while their mates go on camp - We want to build a Fund to ensure they go too.
