A wreckage of a plane, believed to have Malaysian Airlines branding on the side, has reportedly been found in the Philippines.
Police in the Philippines are now investigating the claims, but are urging the public not to speculate until officials start an investigation.
It’s alleged the wreckage was found at Sugbay Island in Tawi Tawi by a man who was hunting at the time. It is also alleged that the man managed to get near the wreck, finding skeletal remains in the pilot’s chair with the seat belt fastened.
MH370 went missing in March last year while en route to Beijing from Kuala Lumpur. 239 passengers and crew were on board.
