When a father and son innocently snapped a photo while out on a walk and had a photobomber in the background, they entered the photo into a competition... and won. The owner is now demanding half of their winnings for taking a photo with the horse without her permission.
The horse owner and mother of three said: "I was really annoyed to hear he had won a £2,000 [NZ$4,400] holiday and had used a picture of our horse without our permission. He should have asked for our consent.
"There should be some token of gesture as it is our horse that has really won them the holiday."
The argument has left the three-year-old boy in the photo feeling upset and asking if they're not allowed to go on their holiday anymore.
"I don't understand why [the owner] is so annoyed about it. I was on a public path that everyone uses to go to the local school and everyone sees the horse there," his father, David Bellis, told the Telegraph.
The horse's owner is also lodging a complaint with the company who ran the competition.
