Would you eat a rainbow grilled cheese sandwich?

If you love rainbows, and you love cheese - this sandwich is for you.
In Hong Kong, a cafe called Kala Toast has invented a rainbow grilled cheese sandwich. For about $7, you can eat a rainbow coloured grilled cheese where each colour represents a different flavour. Blue is lavender, green is basil, red is tomato, and yellow is four types of cheeses - mozzarella, cheddar, emmental and gruyere. That's a lot of cheese!
"The toast was crispy but I reckon both the flavour of the lavender and tomato were subtle," said one reviewer, hkfoodiexblogger. "The basil flavour was the most outstanding one comparatively but the cheese flavour still was not as storing as my expectation. It was also a bit oily in general. I would say the quality was rather average but we all cannot deny that it is photogenic."
