Ariana Grande is reportedly "in hysterics" following the deadly attack at her Manchester concert with some reports that her tour is now on hold.

The 'Into You' hitmaker had just finished her performance on Monday night (local time) when at least one explosion took place, leaving 19 dead.

Grande, who was not injured in the suspected terrorist attack, tweeted a heartfelt apology some hours later.

Gossip website TMZ reports the singer is indefinitely suspending at least the European leg of her world tour as she is "inconsolable" and "in no condition to perform".

Live Nation spokesperson told Newshub earlier today that her Dangerous Woman tour date at Auckland's Spark Arena in September would "go ahead as normal".

Security is said to be a factor in deciding whether further scheduled concerts will go ahead.

Grande's next concert was set to take place in London on Thursday night (local time), before dates in England, Belgium, Poland, Germany and Switzerland.
