Justin Bieber's abandoning the rest of his Purpose world tour after 154 stadium shows over 18 months.
He won't be performing his final 15 tour dates, which were a host of scheduled shows across the US, as well as in Hong Kong, Tokyo, the Philippines, Singapore and Indonesia.
No reason was given but an inside source says Bieber made the decision himself, according to reports.
In a Facebook post that garnered mixed responses, a spokesperson for the 'Sorry' hitmaker said the Purpose World Tour would be cancelled "due to unforeseen circumstances".
"Justin loves his fans and hates to disappoint them. He thanks his fans for the incredible experience of the Purpose World Tour over last 18 months," it read.
"He is grateful and honoured to have shared that experience with his cast and crew for over 150 successful shows across 6 continents during this run.
"However, after careful consideration he has decided he will not be performing any further dates. Tickets will be refunded at point of purchase."
His post has been met with a mixed response by fans, "PATHETIC!!" one woman wrote. "Our household has had tickets to his Pasadena show on our ur fridge for 5month! They even made posters!! My girls are devastated!!"
But some fans were more sympathetic "It's okay Justin, Your real fans, beliebers, understand and I fully support your decision."
