Stevie Nicks announces return to NZ to perform 2 shows

Stevie Nicks is returning to New Zealand this year with her 24 Karat Gold tour, set to play concerts in Auckland and Dunedin in November.

The Fleetwood Mac legend has sold more than 140 million albums globally as a solo artist and together with the 'Landslide' hitmakers.

Nicks will be joined at the concerts by special guests the Pretenders, whose hits include 'I'll Stand By You' and 'Back on the Chain Gang'.

The 24 Karat Gold tour is named after Nicks' 2014 album, 24 Karat Gold: Songs From the Vault. It features tracks she's written and had demoed decades ago but had never been included on previous albums.

Stevie Nicks and the Pretenders New Zealand concert dates are:

  • November 21, 2017 - Spark Arena, Auckland
  • November 24, 2017 - Forsyth Barr Stadium, Dunedin

Tickets go on sale August 18.
