Hit competitive dancing show Dancing with the Stars will be returning to Three in 2018, with some new and some familiar faces at the helm.
MediaWorks announced on Thursday that as part of its new 2018 content line-up, a seventh season of the reality show will be returning next year, hosted by Sharyn Casey and Dai Henwood.
The live dance show involves a range of Kiwi celebrities each competing for a charity of their choice, and the winner is decided by public vote.
Family Feud host Henwood said today he's excited about taking on the new role.
"2018 means that much more to me as I get to co-host the awesome show Dancing with the Stars with Sharyn Casey," he said.
"We had to host because if we were contestants we would win."
Radio host Casey is also excited to make her return to the show.
"And if the amazing celebrities and epic dancing isn't enough excitement for you - wait till you see which of Dai's 220 bow ties he busts out each week!"
The last season of DWTS aired on Three in 2015, hosted by Casey and Dominic Bowden. More FM's own Simon Barnett took out that season, alongside his dance partner Vanessa Cole.
There is no word yet on whether the judges from 2015 will be making a return; dancers Stefano Olivieri, Hayley Holt, and Candy Lane.
