Kiwis love lives are the focus of a new survey - which shows where in New Zealand people are having the most 'loving'.
According to the sex survey results, fifty percent of New Zealanders are happy with their love lives and the frequency they get intimate. The other half? Not so much.
Those who are happy with their love lives are getting intimate once or twice a week on average, and those who are unhappy with their love lives are getting intimate less than once or twice a month.
People living in Hamilton have most thriving love life (three or more times a week on average), while people living in Tasman, Nelson and Marlborough are least intimate - three times a year or less on average.
However, getting more 'loving' doesnt equal satisfaction. Hawke's Bay is ranked the most satisfied region, where people are getting intimate once or twice a week on average. Otago is the least satisfied region, and residents are getting intimate once a week on average.
