Good old diet and exercise is what Melissa McCarthy has credited with helping her lose a massive 34 kilograms.
“It may be the best thing I've ever done," she told Life & Style Magazine. "I feel amazing!"
The ‘Mike & Molly’ actress joked that by living "a super-boring life,” it’s helped her to slim down.
“You go to bed at 7:30 [p.m.] — that's the trick."
But in actual fact, she has streamlined her portions, stuck with a high-protein, low-carb diet plan, and maintained a consistent exercise regimen. But she tries to not be too strict on herself.
"I truly stopped worrying about it," the 47-year-old told Life & Style. "I think there's something to kinda loosening up and not being so nervous and rigid about it that, bizarrely, has worked."
