Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has spent the last few days over in the US, having a lot of engagements with the UN.
She has made worldwide headlines with baby Neve, the fact she is the youngest female world leader and had a spot booked with late night talkshow host Stephen Colbert. Her appearance on the show has been met with praise from all over the globe, with people noticing how likeable and personable she is.
Stephen Colbert revealed that he was a big fan of Lord Of The Rings and The Hobbit films, and asked Jacinda about growing up just on the outskirts of Hobbiton.
Jacinda said that she found it "slightly offensive" that everyone who isn't from our end of the world thinks we starred in Peter Jackson's hugely successful franchise, and then later revealed that she actually auditioned for the film and didn't get in.
