After the controversial finale on The Bachelor AU, this season's bachelor Nick 'Honey Badger' Cummins has head overseas for a holiday.
The former Wallabies star made a shocking twist when he broke up with both finalists, Brittany and Sophie, in the season's grand finale, meaning the show has no winner. His decision has lead to alot of discussion online and in the media.
During his overseas break, a reporter approached him as he exited a hotel pool.
"Sorry to do this to you, but can we ask you a few questions about the all the mess you've left back home?" the reporter asked.
While the Bachelor initially slowed down to speak to the journalist, he visibly stiffened after hearing the question, replying: "Sorry?"
Cummins left Bachelorette finalists Brittany Hockley and Sophie Tieman reeling after he decided against giving a rose to either of them.
"Do you understand how upset those girls are?" Butler asked Cummins.
Dressed in a hotel robe, the Honey Badger briskly walked on, telling the reporter, "I'll get to that - I'm just trying to have a peaceful break."
The situation escalated when Butler pressed on, prompting Cummins' friend - personal trainer James Brodie - to aggressively intervene.
"Just leave it. We've just asked you three times, nicely - just leave it," he told Butler.
Cummins then said he'd get the hotel security involved, before imploring the reporter and his camera crew to leave him alone.
"Just don't hassle me, I'm trying to have a bloody... trying to chill out," he said, facing the elevator doors.
"[I'm] copping enough crap from people like you mate, so I just want to relax."
Brodie, who recently completed the Kokoda Trail with Cummins, then squared up to Reid and raised his voice.
"Don't ask a question mate, we just asked you three times," he said.
"It's going to be the last time I ***king say it."
