Last night, The Block NZ crowned their winner for 2018 with Gisbourne couple Amy & Stu taking out first place.
The pair, who won the most room reveals across the season, sold their house for $1,009,500, giving them a profit of $69,500. With their first place prize of $100,000, their winnings shot up to $169,500 and they also won People's Choice for 2018.
And it seems that already, The Block NZ have teased their next location for the 2019 season, after screening a clip at the end of their show.
While Blue Team Ben & Tom were filmed driving through an Auckland suburb of Kingsland, they drove past the former local fire station chatting about if they would ever return to the show again.
The footage showed the old Kingsland Fire Station, looking like it is already under construction, leading people to think that this could be the location for next year's season of The Block NZ.
