If any fans of The Bachelor are looking for a luxurious, sprawling harbourside property - this could be a dream come true.

Eligible bachelor Jordan Mauger may have taken his pick of the ladies back in 2016, but now, the Mahurangi mansion backdrop is waiting to be picked. Rented to Warner Brothers for the duration of the series, the property gazes over the water and surrounding countryside.

Warner Brothers selected Solsbury Hill for the saucy series based on its versatility, OneRoof says. The property boasts underfloor heating, fireplaces, a marble staircase, a luxury kitchen, a dressing room and six bedrooms with a master suite.

Facilities include a self-contained on site cottage for extra accommodation, a one-bedroom apartment on top of the three-car garage, heated pool and a full pub featuring a pool table and bar — cheers to that.

"Arrive at your manor by car, boat or helicopter" - helicopters can land on the grounds, while a private boardwalk leads to a floating pontoon with space for a boat and a jet-ski dock.

Previous owners Robert and Annelise Platt have decided "it's time for a lifestyle change," says OneRoof.

"They'll always be able to 'revisit' their former waterside home by looking up past episodes of 'The Bachelor' online!"

Whether you're a bachelor or bachelorette with a posse of adoring fans or a happy couple, make sure you've got the cash to splash. The price of the "English style country residence set on 1.935 hectares" is currently by negotiation.

May the best Bachelor fan win.
