The moment 'Friends' fans across the world have been waiting for for years is *kind of* here!
New streaming service HBO Max is working on a special 'unscripted' Friends one off reunion show.
"Talks are currently underway for an unscripted reunion special that would feature Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer, as well as series creators David Crane and Marta Kauffman." the Hollywood Reporter writes.
"Sources caution that a deal is far from done and agreements with cast and creatives still need to be hammered out. When and if deals are completed, the challenge then becomes sorting out everyone's schedules. Of course, the talks could fizzle and the whole concept could fall apart."
The news comes a few weeks after Jennifer Anniston revealed to Ellen that the cast were working on 'something'. "We would love for there to be something, but we don’t know what that something is… We’re working on something." she said.
Based on this it doesn't sound like we're getting a fully fledged reboot, but if it means we can see all of our 'Friends' on screen again - we're totally ready for it!
