Fitness Youtuber Emily Thorne has shared an awesome HIIT workout class that is themed to music from Mamma Mia!.
HIIT workouts are High-Intensity Interval Training and last up to 25 minutes.
The routines include a combination of exercises to give a full-body workout.
According to Tyla, the home workout videos include tracks like Lay All Your Love On Me, Gimme Gimme, Take A Chance on Me and Dancing Queen.
