Earlier in the year, Ed Sheeran wrote and performed a very special song called 'Visiting Hours' for his late friend Michael Gudinski's state funeral in Australia.
During the performance, Ed Sheeran broke down on stage and the emotional lyrics struck a chord with all sorts of people around the world who had lost somebody close to them.
The singer has surprised fans with a video of him performing along with news about his upcoming album.
"My 4th studio album ‘=‘ comes out October 29th... I started writing and recording this album June 2017. Its been a long, long process. I’ve been through love, loss, new life, grief and everything in between during the whole period of writing it, and I feel like it’s really a coming of age record."
