The wait for Bridgerton season two is almost over!
And to make this wait a bit easier, Netflix has just dropped their trailer for this season.
Bridgerton season two focuses on eldest Bridgerton Anthony’s journey to find his love.
The trailer starts off with a literal announcement from Anthony’s mum Lady Violet Bridgerton, “This is the season the viscount intends to find a wife”.
In the trailer, Anthony aims to find a suitable wife who can uphold his family name.
“It is only out of the greatest love of my family that I am to choose a wife with head and not my … heart," he says.
We see a glimpse of Anthony's interactions with Kate Sharma, who he must prove his intentions to and get approval in order to marry her younger sister, Edwina. This is how the journey of approval turns into a journey of love.
So will Anthony choose true love over his family's name? Will Lady Whistledown get revealed to the public? So many questions...
Bridgerton Season Two releases on Netflix on Friday, March 25th, 2022.
