Jay-Jay has shared an update on how she's doing two weeks post-breast reduction surgery, along with showing off her amazing results.
Before she went under the knife, Jay-Jay took a plaster cast of her chest which she posed next to wearing her surgical compression bra, demonstrating the difference the procedure has made.
She went from an F cup to around a D, and said on her first day back on air that she "instantly felt lighter".
"My surgeon Adam Greenbaum is going to love this post (she says sarcastically)," Jay-Jay wrote on social media.
"Here I was, complaining about getting stitches taken out from around my nipples... but little did I know, worse was to come."
At a check-up earlier this week, Jay-Jay needed a few more stitches to help with her healing, but otherwise, things are going pretty well!
"So, six injections into my boob to numb it and then the work started. Oh, and Adam said, 'I'm just going to use a scalpel to tidy this up a bit'.
"OMG. Ha, luckily, once the local anaesthetic kicked in, I didn't feel a thing, but it was weird to think about."
Jay-Jay added that she's healing well overall and that most of the bruising has gone.
"My boobs just feel so tender. I feel like I've been punched in the tits a few times," she said.
"I can't wait till I can lie on my side and go out without a bra on! Hahaha."
Jay-Jay also had a special message for all the More FM listeners who had sent her well wishes.
"I know there are lots of women who want this procedure, and it's been life-changing for me, so I'd feel terrible to think anyone couldn't access it," she said.
"Thank you to everyone who has been in touch, I'm sorry I can't get back to all of you!"
