One of NZ's favourite singers, Stan Walker, has put on a moving performance of his song 'Thank You' atop of Auckland's Silo Park as a tribute to essential workers.
As photos of every day essential workers lit up Silo Park, Stan Walker belted out some powerful vocals and tweaked the words to emphasis the support those workers gave the country during lockdown. He also performed two more fitting songs, 'Give' and 'Aotearoa' as part of his set.
The performance was part of 'Light To Unite', a tribute to essential workers from the music events and production industry who have also been severely impacted themselves from their live events rescheduled and cancelled around the country.
