The fifth house from this year's 'The Block NZ: Girls vs Boys' was finally sold under the hammer for a cool $1.16 million.
The fifth house from Season 5 was designed by all four teams who were given designated areas to renovate and complete in the last week of the show.
But unlike the other four houses that went to auction, this one was sold unfurnished.
A Bayleys Real Estate spokesperson says there were three bidders at the auction of the two-bedroom townhouse in St Johns Road, Meadowbank, which all the contestants had a hand in renovating, according to Fairfax.
All four teams walked away as successful auction winners at the grand final for The Block NZ: Girls vs Boys in August.
Sam and Emmett won the biggest profit from in season 5's finale episode, walking away with $480,000 after their house sold $380,000 over their reserve. Their $1.61 million dollar house achieved the biggest profit in The Block NZ history.
Emma and Courtney came second, selling their property for $1.51 million, followed by Dyls and Dylz who sold theirs for $1.341 million.
Niki and Tiff finished in fourth place with their house selling for $1.320 million.
