Coldplay donate New Zealand award to New Zealand Earthquake Appeal

When Coldplay were in Auckland last week, they were presented with an award in recognition of their album 'A Head Full Of Dreams' reaching platinum status in New Zealand.

That award is now on Trade Me after the band signed it and asked for it to be auctioned off with 100% proceeds going to the Red Cross November 2016 Earthquake Appeal.

The award is the only one of its kind, and the auction winner will receive the signed award with a copy of Coldplay's 'A Head Full of Dreams' Tour Edition album.

See photos of their award and photos from their New Zealand show in the gallery above.
