Ed Sheeran has revealed how he lost 18kg using one simple technique

Ed Sheeran has never been overweight but he started to notice he no longer fit the clothes he wore during his tours. 

His diet used to consist of pizza and beer and this stayed the same even when off tour. However, he forgot to realise he would be performing 2 hours nearly every day over the time of his tours.

Ed has said that his girlfriend, Cherry Seaborn, had been a huge inspiration on his huge weight loss. 

Going from 90kg to 70kg within a year, he has said it all came down to one simple technique. 

It all came down to running 10 minutes a day, every day. Ed would do intervals of 30 seconds sprinting and 30 seconds jogging for a full 10 minutes. Apparently, the key is to not miss a day, or you will have to do an hour.

Who knew it could be so easy?
