In light of Greg Boyed's death this week where his family revealed his struggle with depression, we thought we needed to openly talk about this serious mental disease.
In one way or another, you may have seen depression take a hold over those close to you, or even yourself. Our statistics say almost a fifth of New Zealanders have been diagnosed with depression. It has a real impact over our country, yet we aren't doing enough about it.
If you've ever struggled with depression, or seen those around you struggle, we talk about how you can support and take care of your loved ones.
