Just a few months after giving birth to her second child, Pink is back in training to get her pre-pregnancy body back. But rather than focusing on the number on the scales, she's paying more attention to her strength.
The singer took to her Instagram account to share a message to others in a similar situation as herself.
"Would you believe I'm 160 pounds and 5'3"?" the star wrote.
"By 'regular standards' that makes me obese. I know I'm not at my goal or anywhere near it after Baby 2 but dammit I don't feel obese. The only thing I'm feeling is myself. Stay off that scale ladies!"
Her body positive image has been shared hundreds of thousands of times online, we think it's great that the star is embracing her post baby body!
Pink and her husband, Carey Hart, welcomed their new son on Boxing Day last year and ever since, Pink has given updates on her journey since.
She even gave her eldest daughter a 'Big Sister Party' to help her come to terms with having a baby brother.
Pink has certainly done alot to encourage mums all over the world so far and we're sure she'll continue to do so in the future.
