Teens wear croissants instead of corsages for school balls

As teenagers prepare themselves for ball season, there's a new twist on the traditional flower corsage...

Instead of a beautiful floral accessory, it's been replaced with a French bakery favourite - the croissant.

It started when a teenager shared on Twitter her date's little spelling mistake, and it appears the corsage/croissant mixup was more common that thought.
