Getting a good nights sleep can be tricky and for some, having their partners in the bed does not help!
A new study from the US has found that almost 1/3 of us want to 'sleep divorce' from their parters - meaning they'd rather sleep in seperate beds.
The study also added that although many of them wanted sleep individually the majority lacked the courage to bring it up with their partner.
Men were also more likely to want to sleep away from their partners, but also confessed they wouldn't want their friends or family to know.
But for those struggling to sleep but not willing to ditch their partner, here are some tips to get a better sleep...
- Go to bed at regular times
- Wind down with a warm bath or shower
- Read a book
- Turn off the TV
