If you think your day is going bad, spare a thought for one innocent valet who made a very expensive mistake.
A valet at Sydney's Hyatt Regency hotel had to be cut out of the Porche he was behind the wheel of, after he drove the car underneath a bright orange SUV.
The Porche reportedly accelerated, wedging it under the SUV in front. Thankfully the driver was unharmed, but the black soft-top Porsche (valued at $240,000) wasn't as lucky.
One bystander, Jonathan Bouzaid, said he saw the valet hit the car in front from a parked position at first.
"He then must have panicked and hit the accelerator causing the Porsche to go further under the orange car and pushing the white car into the bollards," he wrote on his Instagram.
"I think the valet wasn’t aware of the power that you get when starting a Porsche."
