If you thought Toy Story 3 was emotional enough, apparently Toy Story 4 is going to hit you on a whole other level.
While on BBC‘s The Chris Evans Breakfast Show, Tom Hanks, who is the voice of Woody, talked about his final day voicing the iconic character.
He didn't give too much detail away about the ending, in which the voice of Buzz Lightyear Tim Allen did, Tom Hanks did say that the final scene will be "a moment in history".
When I realised what they [creative team] were going for I realised, ‘Oh, this is a moment in history'
He then continued to talk about the journey we have been on with the Toy Story franchise.
“The emotional range of these movies have become more and more deep and profound and affecting and it’s almost a curiosity of why is it so? Because they’re toys! And yet it’s the power of the connection that we all have as children,” Hanks said.
“It is a very, very, very special collection of movies that have been put together that, I think – it hits each one of us in a completely individual way like we carry all of our entire emotional lives in the memories of our individual toys.”
