Daughter shares how she used makeup to make her mum look 10 years younger

It's a sad but true reality that in this day and age everyone is trying to make themselves look younger, stop the signs of wrinkles and halt aging as best they can. 

All over the web, hacks and tips on how older woman can perfect their make up to shave a few years off their looks litter the web.

Reddit user who goes by the tag “makeupformermaids” posted a photo on the site showing the results of a makeover she did on her mother. The compliments came pouring in and so did the questions about how she achieved such a beautiful glow. 

After being inundated with requests for consultations and this makeover’s how-to, makeupformermaids posted this:

Eyes: Mac In The Flesh palette and the other cool toned neutral palette I forget the name of! Eylure Lashes (I think #100) Wunder Eye pencil in brown

Blush: Ben Nye Blush palette (lots of pink and coral to balance out the sallowness in her skin)
