A mum has gone viral on Facebook after revealing how an 'Amazon Alexa' has helped her potty train her son.
The mum explained how she uses voice-controlled assistance to make the difficult task of potty training easier but also fun.
"I have an echo dot (Alexa) in my kitchen. I ask her to set a reminder for every 40 minutes for '[my son] to sit on the potty," she wrote.
The woman explained she rewards her son with a sticker, adding that finally, she's starting to see some progress.
One member of the group said she would definitely be enlisting the help of Alexa, explaining she had been trying everything to encourage her own child.
Another wrote: "Oooh this is an amazing idea. My daughter is three and a half and knows what to do she just chooses not to. But she LOVES Alexa so this might just work!"
