It's time for us to get the cameras out a little more as studies have found that the average adult has just seven photos taken with their mum a year.
A study of 2,000 adults, who have a relationship with their mum, found two-thirds (65%) reckon they need to make more effort with them throughout the year.
More than one in five revealed they haven’t had a picture with their mum for more than six months.
And 15% admitted it’s been years since they posed for a photo together.
But those who have children of their own estimated they take twice as many pictures - 13 - with their own kids.
Over half of adults (55%) said they would like to get more photos with their mum than they do currently.
The study also found more than half would like to take more pictures with their mums to keep as memories.
With Mothers Day less than two months away, it's a great chance to grab a pic together!
