Imagine being treated to a 3-course meal every day without even lifting a finger… It’s a dream, right? Well, one French mum has revealed her toddler is getting just that at daycare and some of the meals are F-A-N-C-Y!
Isabelle Bertolami posted on TikTok sharing that, French toddlers enjoy, three-course options at public daycare.
She reveals that the meals always include a starter, a main dish, a cheese and then some kind of dessert!
“Thursday is a cucumber salad with mint, and they’re having either pork or an omelette with ratatouille and a bulgur salad,” the mum tells us.
She continued to Friday sharing, "they will be having avocado, with their choice of chicken or fish, sautéed zucchini, potatoes followed by a cheese and compote dessert."
YUM!
I never thought there would be a day that I would be jealous of a French toddler but here we are.
In a follow-up video, the mum shares even more options the kids get to enjoy. The options include sautéed veal, salmon fillet with a dill sauce, organic wild rice and heaps more.
Oh, and the best part about it all is there are no picky eaters amongst the kiddies either.
Isabella explained, “The kids are being taught how to eat and exposed to different tastes and flavours so they know what they like.”
