Michael Buble gives update on son's cancer treatment and releases new music video

Michael Buble is celebrating love, and sending thanks to his fans as he releases a music video for 'I Believe In You'.
The singer has been taking time out of the spotlight to focus on his three-year-old son Noah who is undergoing treatment for cancer. But he recruited friend and American Dancing With The Stars, Derek Hough, to star and choreograph the latest music video.
On Facebook, Derek says of his involvement with the visual, "My inspiration for this video was simply everlasting love. The idea where two people can find and maintain love through a lifetime. Their belief in one another withstands the test of time. Love conquers all."
Michael shared in a statement that Noah was making progress, and that his doctors are optimistic:
"We are so grateful to report that our son Noah has been progressing well during his treatment and the doctors are very optimistic about the future for our little boy. He has been brave throughout and we continue to be inspired by his courage. We thank God for the strength he has given all of us.
Our gratitude to his doctors and caretakers cannot be put into words. We’d also like to thank the thousands of people that have sent their prayers and good wishes to us. As we continue this journey, we are greatly comforted by your support and love."
