Bondy's surprise bedtime confession

The Breakfast Club were discussing bedtime routines when Bondy shed some light on his bedroom

In the hustle and bustle of modern life, finding moments to connect with your partner can be a challenge. However, some couples have found a pretty simple way to nurture their relationship: just going to bed at the same time.

Lana, happily married to Katie, attests that their bedtime routine could well be a key factor.

Bondy and his wife's romance blossomed over his time with the show, so when Lana asked how often they go to bed at the same time, she may have been expecting a more profound and loving answer.

Instead, Bondy shared a bit more, admitting that they go to bed at the same time, but only on his birthday and Valentine's Day... you do the math.

Perhaps, in their case, it's the rarity of the gesture that makes it all the more special?

Going to bed together isn't just about syncing sleep cycles; it's about carving out a time for couples to unwind and connect. At the end of the night, free from the demands of work, childcare, and household chores, couples can truly relax and focus on each other.

A study conducted by Psychology Today backs up the impact of bedtime routines on relationships. Surveying 289 adults in relationships, the study revealed that many people expressed frustration with their partners for going to bed at different times.

Could the solution to a happier life as a couple really begin in the bedroom? ...highly likely.
