Nothing brings a smile to our Kiwi faces like ice cream, especially when it’s free!
From midday tomorrow, April 16th, almost every Ben & Jerry’s store across New Zealand will be giving away free cones.
You can pop into your local store and grab a scoop of Impretzively Fudged or PB S’more. Want to give both a lick? You can go back for more as many times as you like!
I’m rounding up the whole family and grabbing as many scoops as I can until the sugar rush kicks in.
It’s all to celebrate Free Cone Day, hoping to make it the biggest yet!
Ben & Jerry's is aiming to beat last year's record of 180,000 free scoops across Australia and New Zealand.
Dave Stever, CEO of Ben & Jerry’s, was thrilled to see fans flocking to stores in 2023. “It was nothing short of amazing to see our fans back in our shops in their full Free Cone Day glory,” he said.
“We gave out over 970,000 scoops across the globe, but we know together with our fans we can break 1 million scoops,” Stever added.
Seriously contemplating just how many scoops I'll manage to fit in before my stomach decides enough is enough.
