Hugh Jackman couldn't stop gushing over his bride of 20 years when he appeared on The Ellen Show recently.
The 47-year-old actor, who will be celebrating his 20th anniversary with his 60-year-old wife Deborra-Lee Furness in April, couldn't be happier and more in love.
“She’s the greatest thing that ever happened to me and it just gets better and better and I’m really grateful I met before anything really happened,“ he told Ellen DeGeneres.
“Everything that’s happened in my career and on screen, off screen- we’ve always done it together.”
The actor also talked about how they met on a show they worked together, and how he struggled to have a conversation together.
“I had a major crush on her everyone did. The whole crew had a crush on her and I was so embarrassed I didn’t talk to her for a week.”
It was only at a drunk moment that he explained to his to-be-wife that he was trying to get over his crush on her, when she replied "I have a crush on you too."
The couple, who married in 1996, now share two children together; 15-year-old Oscar and 10-year-old Ava.
