Just when we were about to give up on our 'summer bods,' a survey has found what songs make us lift more tin.
The study found that listening to music can boost weightlifting performance by as much as 13%.
Participants who worked out to Dua Lipa recorded, on average, a huge 37.93% increase in the amount of weight lifted versus when they lifted to no music.
Those who listened to Harry Styles were able to lift 35.71% on average, while BTS songs boosted strength by 22.47%.
Other artists that were mentioned in their top 10 list included Eminem, Olivia Rodrigo and Beyonce.
