Saturday 29th June - Shortest Day Market in Havelock, 9 - 1 Havelock Town Hall. Great variety of stalls including books, toys, preserves, crafts, jewellery, rugs, knitwear and more.  Havelock Birdsong Waiata Manu will be introducing their plan to rid Havelock of pests at this Market. Of course, there will be the usual sausage sizzle and raffles, as well.

Saturday 29th June – SPCA Dinner Auction.  A night of great food, fun, come and support our local SPCA. Tickets are $65 and include 3 course meal. Live auction and raffles on the night.

Saturday 29th June - Saturday Night Jive with the Top of the South Rock n Roll Club.  7.30pm till late at the Havelock Town Hall, $5 a ticket. BYO and bring a plate to share for supper.  

Saturday 29th June - Katie Boyle in The Merry Wives of Windsor. At Picton Little Theatre. 

Sunday 30th June - More FM Mid Winter Swim with Cuddon, register from midday on the Picton Foreshore for the swim at 1pm.  Lots of spot prizes including a Heat Pump installed into a Marlborough home thanks to Cuddon Engineering. 

Tuesday 2nd and Wednesday 3rd July - Don Quixote at the ASB Theatre, presented by Dance On Grove. 

Friday 5th, Saturday 6th, Sunday 7th July - Home and Garden Show at Stadium 2000. 

Friday 5th July - Sunday 7th July - Marlborough Book Festival is on, check out www.asbtheatre.com for info and to book your tickets. 

Saturday 6th July - Royal NZ Ballet - Black Swan White Swan, at ASB Theatre.  

Saturday 20th July – Beavertown Blenheim Lions Bride of the Year.  Numbers will be limited to the first 25 brides. Closing dates for entries is 20 June 2019 and it’s free to enter. All proceeds of the 2019 Bride of the Year will be donated to Crossroads Marlborough Trust and other local charities.

Thursday 18th July - Sunday 21st July - Get Your Skates On at London Quay, Picton. 

Wednesday 31st July - Saturday 3rd August - Marlborough Combined Colleges present the Mel Brooks monster comedy musical - Young Frankenstein.  Directed and choreographed by Jeannie Mark. Tickets from ASB Theatre & Ticketek. 

Tuesday 6th August - Saturday 10th August  - Southern Jam Youth Jazz Festival,  showcasing the South Islands next generation of musical talent. Enjoy FREE public performances 6th - 10th August and grab tickets from ticketek to the finale concert on 10th August which features all competing bands and Hollie Smith & The Committee!  Full schedule at morefm.co.nz

Saturdays - Redwood Market: 8am to noon, Cleghorn St car park. Plants, produce, cards, jewellery, flowers, handcrafts. Supporting hospice.

Saturdays - Artisan Market, 10.30am till 2.30pm at the Wynen Street Car Park Blenheim (if wet it'll be on at the Parking Building Alfred Street), 

Saturdays - Cyclocross/Mountainbike Group Ride. Assemble at the back of BIkefit, 24 Market St at 2pm, Course varies with 50 to 70km distance.

Sundays - Marlborough Farmers Market, A&P Showgrounds, 9am - midday rain or shine.

Mondays - Redwoodtown Plunket Playgroup: 10am-12pm, 21 Bythell St. Gold coin donation and morning tea provided. Children 0-5yrs welcome Sam 021701413.
