Justin Timberlake was playing all his best hits during his Super Bowl halftime performance today.
But between his songs "Suit & Tie," "Rock Your Body," "SexyBack" and his new song, "Filthy," he also took a moment to pay tribute to legendary singer Prince.
The singer, who died in 2016, was born in Minneapolis where the Super Bowl LII final was set. With a projection of Prince above his piano, Justin Timberlake sang as a duet with him to Prince's song 'I Would Die 4 U'.
Originally it was rumoured that Prince was to appear during the show as a hologram, but sparked outrage from fans as hologram performances was something Prince was against.
