Mel B revealed she slept with former Spice Girls band mate Geri Horner (née Halliwell) in the nineties.
Scary Spice joined Piers Morgan's Life Stories on Thursday, where the conversation turned to her time in the Spice Girls.
"There were rumours you and Geri were more than just good friends. You had a dabble?" asked Morgan.
Mel B, who is openly bisexual, first shied away from the question, saying that the whole band used to sleep in the same bed, "but not like that".
But she soon admitted that her close friendship with Ginger Spice had gone further.
"She's going to hate me for this because she's all posh in her country house and her husband. But it's a fact. It just happened and we just giggled at it and that was it."
She was clear with Morgan that it only ever happened once, and was "a bit of fun," but that didn't stop the host from pushing for more.
"How many times a day?" he asked, "Did it go on for a while? Were you in love?"
Mel B said she hoped Horner didn't deny it if she was asked.
"Hopefully when Geri gets asked that, which hopefully she will after this, she won't deny it. Because it was just a fun thing."
Sources told The Sun that Scary Spice made a frantic phone call shortly after the interview, to apologise to Horner.
She also said that she had kissed her other band mates after she got her tongue pierced.
"That was just a kiss because I wanted to know what it felt like. It was just a silly kiss, nothing sexual like that."
The Spice Girls are doing a reunion tour beginning on May 24 in Dublin.
There are hopes the recent revelations don't drive a wedge through Scary and Ginger before then.
